Our devices mostly have an IP68 rating, meaning shock and water resistant to a certain specification .
It is not covered because we have no proof of how the device became damaged.
As per the Warranty Policy on our website which is agreed upon purchased, it states that no Physical damage is covered by the MANUFACTURING WARRANTY.
